Scrambled eggs is a breakfast favourite and this easy microwave recipe makes preparing your meal quick and hassle-free. The addition of Turmeric Active not only makes it delicious, it also gives you the full benefit of Turmeric Active in the morning in a new and exciting way.
Time: 2-3 mins
- 2-3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- ½ scoop Turmeric Active
- Crack eggs into the cooking pot, add Turmeric Active and whisk.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with lid and place in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove and whisk again.
- Repeat this cooking process in 30 second intervals until desired texture is reached.
- Stir once more, add additional seasoning if required, serve and enjoy.
