I love beef fajitas, they are quick and easy to make and always go down well with the family. This got me thinking... how to include Turmeric Active in the recipe for even more nutritional goodness - the answer was to take inspiration from Asian flavours that work well with Turmeric Active and build from that. The result is this Asian fusion recipe.

Serves: 2
Time: 15 mins

  • 1-2 beef fillets (cut into strips)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Green and 1 red capsicum
  • 1″ piece of ginger, finely grated
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ scoop Turmeric Active
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

  • Slice onion and capsicums into strips and place in cooking pot.
  • Cut beef into strips and add to the mixture.
  • Add additional ingredients; Turmeric Active, minced ginger, cumin powder, salt, chili flakes, lemon zest and lime juice. Combine well to ensure everything is coasted.
  • Cover and place the unit in the microwave for 10 minutes on medium.
  • Remove and stir. Cover and cook in microwave for another 3 mins.
  • Serve beef, onions and capsicum with wraps.
  • Enjoy.
