Mixed vegetables is a classic dish and you can mix it up how you like. This recipe only adds a little hint of Turmeric Active flavour so the natural goodness of the vegetables can shine. Add a little butter, some seasoning... delicious and good for you.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 potato (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 carrot (cut into cubes)
  • ½ Zucchini (cut into cubes)
  • 4-5 Cauliflower florets
  • 4-5 Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Corn
  • 2 tablespoons Peas
  • 1 scoop Turmeric Active
  • Splash Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • (*Optional) 1 tablespoon Butter



  • Combine vegetable medley, Turmeric Active and butter. Toss to coat.
  • Place the vegetable medley mixture in the steamer.
  • Add water to cooking pot and place steamer with vegetable mixture on top.
  • Cover and place the unit in the microwave for 10 minutes or until tender.
  • Coat with olive oil and sprinkle salt & pepper to taste. Gently toss to combine.
  • Serve and enjoy.
